Context
Who is sponsoring the opportunity, where it is located and which industry system is involved?
Share the country, sector, sponsor, project stage, funding context, stakeholders and main blocker so INDUX can understand the opportunity before the first meeting.
Each section explains the problem, the choices that matter and what it takes to move from planning to implementation.
A country, project name and investment number are not enough to evaluate an opportunity. INDUX needs to understand the sponsor, decision authority, evidence of demand, current project stage, infrastructure dependencies, capital context, stakeholder alignment and the decision that is blocking progress.
Who is sponsoring the opportunity, where it is located and which industry system is involved?
What already exists, what has been validated and what still depends on assumptions or approvals?
What is known about project size, financing need, commercial logic and implementation timing?
What specific decision or constraint prevents the opportunity from moving to the next stage?
The controlled operating layer connects Project Navigator with INDUX's internal business-development systems. The workflow can prepare a CRM record, request AI enrichment and return structured review signals while keeping final qualification with a human decision-maker.
Store the original submission and deterministic readiness score inside WordPress.
Normalize project stage, sector, capital context, route and initial diligence questions.
When explicitly enabled, request a concise summary, risks, next actions, tags and route signals from an approved AI workflow.
When explicitly enabled, deliver a normalized opportunity payload to the approved CRM or automation gateway.
INDUX reviews evidence, changes status and decides whether to clarify, qualify, hold, decline or convert the opportunity.
Project Navigator submissions are stored in a private WordPress opportunity record first. If an administrator enables approved CRM or AI endpoints, authorized fields may also be transmitted to those configured business systems for review. They do not automatically become Markets, Projects, Partners or public impact claims. Public evidence remains governed by separate verification and approval controls.
Contact details, early assumptions, capital context and decision blockers remain internal.
INDUX decides whether additional evidence or a discovery conversation is warranted.
Only separately approved records can appear in Markets, Partners or Projects & Impact.
Review project stage, sector, sponsor context, timing and evidence quality.
Identify missing assumptions, stakeholders, approvals, financial inputs or technical dependencies.
Match the opportunity to origination, financial structuring, partnerships, delivery readiness or operational transformation.
If appropriate, prepare a focused discovery conversation and evidence request around the real decision at hand.
Submitting an opportunity does not create a consulting engagement. When both sides decide to move forward, INDUX can structure the work through a controlled sequence that separates discovery, scope, internal review, proposal and final agreement.
Confirm the decision to be made, the evidence available, the stakeholders involved and the gaps that still prevent progress.
Define the workstreams, responsibilities, expected deliverables, assumptions, dependencies and realistic schedule.
Test the scope, delivery capacity, commercial model, risk, economics and authority before client-facing terms are advanced.
Present a focused commercial proposal, resolve scope or fee questions and document material changes rather than relying on informal assumptions.
Only after definitive agreement should the engagement move into contracted delivery, kickoff, governance and execution planning.
Use the Project Navigator when the opportunity is complex. Use Contact when the request is simpler, administrative or does not require structured project-development triage.
