INDUX Global uses structured automation and may use artificial intelligence to support business-development workflows. This Notice explains the role of AI and automated processing on this website and the boundaries INDUX applies to those systems.
1. What AI may do
When enabled, AI may help summarize project information, classify an opportunity by sector or stage, identify missing diligence questions, suggest follow-up actions, prepare an internal brief, or assist with routing information to the appropriate INDUX team member or configured CRM.
2. What AI does not do automatically
AI does not independently approve a project, create a binding engagement, make a financing commitment, determine creditworthiness, establish a partnership, publish a case study, approve an impact claim, or make a final legal, investment or executive decision. Material decisions remain subject to authorized human review.
3. External AI and CRM integrations
The website’s external AI and CRM integrations are controlled by administrators and can operate in Disabled, Observe or Live modes. External transfer occurs only when an approved endpoint is configured and Live mode is intentionally enabled. When contact-data sharing is disabled, configured workflows should exclude direct contact fields from outbound payloads where supported by the integration architecture.
4. Information quality
AI outputs may contain errors, omissions or inappropriate assumptions. INDUX personnel are expected to verify important facts, sources, calculations and recommendations before relying on AI-generated material.
5. Confidential and sensitive information
Public website forms are not a substitute for a secure data room, NDA-controlled exchange or classified-information system. Do not submit trade secrets, export-controlled data, classified material, passwords, payment-card data, protected health information or other highly sensitive information through the Project Navigator unless INDUX has expressly authorized an appropriate secure workflow.
6. Public-content safeguards
Website architecture separates private intake from public evidence. AI enrichment cannot by itself turn a private Opportunity into a public Project, Partner, Market, Leadership profile or impact claim. Public publication requires the applicable human-review and approval controls.
7. Questions or objections
If you have questions about how your information is being used in an AI-assisted workflow, contact INDUX before submitting additional information. Where applicable law gives you rights concerning automated processing or personal data, you may submit a privacy request through the contact details below.

9. Website AI Assistant
The website may provide an INDUX AI Assistant in the lower-right corner. In Guided mode, responses are generated from controlled website-routing logic without external AI transfer. In Live mode, the visitor message, selected language and current page context may be transmitted to an administrator-approved AI endpoint. Chat messages are not converted automatically into Opportunities, Projects, Partners or public claims. Do not submit confidential, classified, regulated or highly sensitive data through the assistant.
