This Cookie Policy explains how the INDUX Global website may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies. A cookie is a small piece of information a website can store through a browser to support functions such as navigation, preferences or analytics.
1. Categories of technologies
Essential and security technologies
These may be required for core WordPress operation, administrative security, session management, form integrity, fraud/spam controls, consent records or other functions necessary to provide the website. They cannot always be disabled without affecting site operation.
Preference technologies
These may remember choices such as analytics-consent status or other experience preferences.
Analytics technologies
INDUX’s native analytics configuration is privacy-first. External analytics is disabled unless an administrator intentionally enables it. When the site is configured to require consent, Google Analytics or another optional analytics script does not load until the visitor accepts. Analytics is used to understand aggregate website use and improve content and navigation.
Third-party or embedded technologies
If the website later embeds third-party media, scheduling, maps or other external services, those services may set their own cookies or similar technologies subject to their own policies.
2. Advertising
The current INDUX website is not designed around behavioral advertising. If advertising or additional tracking technology is introduced in the future, this Policy and the consent experience should be updated before deployment.
3. Managing cookies
You can use the website’s consent controls, where shown, and browser settings to delete or block cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect functionality. Browser controls vary by browser and device.
4. Analytics consent
If you previously accepted optional analytics, you may clear site data/cookies in your browser to reset the stored preference. INDUX may add a dedicated preference-management control as additional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers or website functionality change.

7. Privacy Choices and consent categories
The INDUX Privacy Choices center lets visitors accept all optional technologies, reject non-essential technologies, or manage categories individually. Necessary storage is used to remember privacy choices and support security. Analytics storage is optional and remains off when declined. Preference storage may remember selected website experience settings.
8. Machine translation
When a visitor chooses a machine-translation language that is not provided as a native INDUX translation, the visitor may be directed to an external translation service. That service may apply its own cookies, privacy terms and data-processing practices after the visitor chooses to use it.
9. AI Assistant
The INDUX AI Assistant can operate in a local guided mode or through an administrator-approved external AI endpoint. The assistant does not require advertising cookies. If an external AI endpoint is enabled, a message submitted to the assistant may be transmitted to that provider for the purpose of generating a response. Do not submit confidential, regulated or highly sensitive information through the assistant.
