INDUX Global respects the privacy of visitors, prospective clients, project sponsors, investors, partners, government and institutional stakeholders, and other people who use this website. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices that may be available to you under applicable law.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the website, and information received through configured business systems.
- Contact and identity information: name, organization, job title or role, email address, phone number, country, and similar business-contact details.
- Project and opportunity information: industry, location, project stage, investment or capital range, timing, objectives, constraints, stakeholders, financing needs, and other information submitted through the Project Navigator or contact channels.
- Business relationship information: correspondence, meeting notes, follow-up status, proposal or engagement information, and related records created during a business relationship.
- Technical and usage information: browser/device information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, consent preferences, security logs, and similar website-operational data.
- Analytics information: only when analytics is enabled and, where required by the site configuration or applicable law, after you consent.
2. How we use information
We may use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate and route project opportunities; prepare for meetings; conduct due diligence; develop proposals; manage client, partner and stakeholder relationships; operate and secure the website; improve content and services; comply with legal obligations; protect rights and safety; and maintain business records.
3. Project Navigator, AI and CRM processing
The Project Navigator uses structured rules to organize opportunity information and may, when INDUX administrators explicitly enable configured integrations, send selected information to approved AI-enrichment or CRM/GoHighLevel systems. AI-generated summaries, classifications or suggested next actions are advisory and remain subject to human review. Submission of information does not create a client relationship, financing commitment, partnership, project approval or public case study.
Do not submit trade secrets, classified government information, payment-card data, regulated health information, passwords, highly sensitive personal information, or other confidential material through a public form unless INDUX has expressly requested it and provided an appropriate secure channel.
4. When information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, security, communications, analytics, CRM, automation or AI functions; with professional advisers where appropriate; with project or transaction participants when authorized or necessary for the requested work; or when required by law, legal process, or protection of rights and safety. Service providers are expected to use information only for the purposes for which it is provided, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.
INDUX Global does not sell personal information for money. If a privacy law applicable to you defines certain analytics, advertising or data-transfer practices as a “sale” or “sharing,” you may contact us to ask about available choices.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential cookies and local storage for security, session management, preferences and consent. Optional analytics may be disabled by default or consent-gated depending on the active website configuration. See the Cookie Policy for additional information.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including business follow-up, project evaluation, contractual or legal requirements, dispute resolution, security and recordkeeping. Retention periods may vary based on the type of record and the relationship involved.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. International processing
INDUX Global works across multiple markets. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where INDUX, its advisers, service providers or authorized project participants operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
9. Privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a privacy-request decision. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.
To make a privacy request, email support@induxglobal.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request.
10. Children
This business website and Project Navigator are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children through these business-development experiences.
11. Third-party websites
The website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, business systems or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
