INDUX Global — Industrial Integrity
INDUX Project Navigator

Turn the opportunity into a clear first brief.

Share the country, sector, sponsor, project stage, funding context, stakeholders and main blocker so INDUX can understand the opportunity before the first meeting.

A simple way to use this page See how the work fits together.

Each section explains the problem, the choices that matter and what it takes to move from planning to implementation.

Why Structure First

The first meeting is more useful when the opportunity is already organized.

A country, project name and investment number are not enough to evaluate an opportunity. INDUX needs to understand the sponsor, decision authority, evidence of demand, current project stage, infrastructure dependencies, capital context, stakeholder alignment and the decision that is blocking progress.

01

Context

Who is sponsoring the opportunity, where it is located and which industry system is involved?

02

Readiness

What already exists, what has been validated and what still depends on assumptions or approvals?

03

Capital

What is known about project size, financing need, commercial logic and implementation timing?

04

Decision

What specific decision or constraint prevents the opportunity from moving to the next stage?

Connected Opportunity Flow

Automation should accelerate the review—not replace the decision.

The controlled operating layer connects Project Navigator with INDUX's internal business-development systems. The workflow can prepare a CRM record, request AI enrichment and return structured review signals while keeping final qualification with a human decision-maker.

01

Private Intake

Store the original submission and deterministic readiness score inside WordPress.

02

Structured Triage

Normalize project stage, sector, capital context, route and initial diligence questions.

03

AI Enrichment

When explicitly enabled, request a concise summary, risks, next actions, tags and route signals from an approved AI workflow.

04

CRM / GoHighLevel

When explicitly enabled, deliver a normalized opportunity payload to the approved CRM or automation gateway.

05

Human Decision

INDUX reviews evidence, changes status and decides whether to clarify, qualify, hold, decline or convert the opportunity.

Disabled by defaultNo external data transfer occurs until an administrator configures an endpoint and chooses Live mode.
Signed deliveryConfigured webhooks can receive HMAC-SHA256 signed JSON with an idempotency key and opportunity reference.
Data minimizationContact details can be included for CRM routing and excluded from AI enrichment unless an administrator deliberately changes that setting.
Audit trailDelivery status, endpoint tests, retries and returned enrichment signals remain visible to administrators.
Privacy & Boundaries

Private intake is not public case-study evidence.

Project Navigator submissions are stored in a private WordPress opportunity record first. If an administrator enables approved CRM or AI endpoints, authorized fields may also be transmitted to those configured business systems for review. They do not automatically become Markets, Projects, Partners or public impact claims. Public evidence remains governed by separate verification and approval controls.

Private

Opportunity intake

Contact details, early assumptions, capital context and decision blockers remain internal.

Reviewed

Human qualification

INDUX decides whether additional evidence or a discovery conversation is warranted.

Verified

Public evidence

Only separately approved records can appear in Markets, Partners or Projects & Impact.

What Happens Next

A useful intake should make the next decision smaller and clearer.

01

Triage

Review project stage, sector, sponsor context, timing and evidence quality.

02

Clarify

Identify missing assumptions, stakeholders, approvals, financial inputs or technical dependencies.

03

Route

Match the opportunity to origination, financial structuring, partnerships, delivery readiness or operational transformation.

04

Engage

If appropriate, prepare a focused discovery conversation and evidence request around the real decision at hand.

From Qualification to Engagement

A qualified opportunity still needs a clearly designed commercial engagement.

Submitting an opportunity does not create a consulting engagement. When both sides decide to move forward, INDUX can structure the work through a controlled sequence that separates discovery, scope, internal review, proposal and final agreement.

01

Discovery & Evidence

Confirm the decision to be made, the evidence available, the stakeholders involved and the gaps that still prevent progress.

02

Engagement Design

Define the workstreams, responsibilities, expected deliverables, assumptions, dependencies and realistic schedule.

03

Internal Review

Test the scope, delivery capacity, commercial model, risk, economics and authority before client-facing terms are advanced.

04

Proposal & Negotiation

Present a focused commercial proposal, resolve scope or fee questions and document material changes rather than relying on informal assumptions.

05

Agreement & Mobilization

Only after definitive agreement should the engagement move into contracted delivery, kickoff, governance and execution planning.

Direct Contact

Prefer a direct conversation?

Use the Project Navigator when the opportunity is complex. Use Contact when the request is simpler, administrative or does not require structured project-development triage.
